Flyline Modular Digital Guard Application
FDP self-healing guard is a newly developed unit used as a protective device for all kinds of electrical equipments. This unit can quickly disconnect the output power supply to protect the appliances when there is power interruption or if the voltage exceeds or falls below the predetermined value. When the input power supply recovers, the Flyline protector automatically connects the power after 1-2 minutes delay. All the protective actions are automatically controlled. Indicators on the panel /display the working condition of the protector. This FDP is maintaining Indian national quality standards, most excellent in performance and reliability. 1.This button :
for displaying the voltage (3 phase or 1 phase )Press the button for 10s to switch to single phase voltage indicating.
2. The second button :
:delay time setting.Press the button for 10s until the decimal point flashes.Then press button "+"or "-" to set the delay time(5-600s)
3. The third button 
under voltage value setting. Press the button for 10s then the decimal point of digital panel flashes. Then press “ + ” or “ - ”to set the voltage (120-210V)
4. The fifth button 
: over voltage value setting. Press the button for 10s, then the decimal point on digital panel will flash. The press “ + ” or “ – ”to set the voltage ( 230-270V)
The Protector will act if the following occurs
►Sequence disorder.►Phase unbalance.►Breakage of neutral line.►Breakage of any live line.►Over-voltage of any phase.►Under-Voltage of any phase.

press the forth button ,the last time fault voltage will be displayed in 2 seconds .The lights indicate the fault phase
Fault Indication
1.Wire Connection Error
Flashing letters CBA on the board indicates phase sequence error .Change connecting sequence of the live lines to solve this problem.(if OPO appears first and then CBA flashes.Please check if the neutral line and live line where reversely connected.)
2.Phase Loss
OPO :Lack of neutral line.►:OPA : Lack of Phase A live line.►:OPB Lack of Phase B live line.►:OPC Lack of Phase C live line
The display board is not lighted:lack of 2 or 3 phases of live lines
3.Phase Imbalance:H-L appears when voltage difference between any two phases is over 35%(>77V)
4.Over Or Under Voltage Protection :H and L on the left ,center and rigt of the indicating board stand for over voltage and under voltage of phase A ,B and C respectively.
